Your talk or poster should be appropriate for a professional national-level conference. Please refer to these presentation guidelines (pdf; 60 kB) for more information.

Please note:

• You are strictly limited to a 15 minute oral presentation. You will not be permitted to go over your allotted time (you must include time for any questions in this 15 minutes). We will assist you by signalling the time remaining.

• Talks and posters are restricted to EAS-related science

• This is your presentation, so make it original!

• Oral presentations are to be given in Powerpoint format. If you desire to use transparency overheads, you must arrange for a projector to be delivered at the appropriate time.

• For poster presentations, we will provide an easel and posterboard (approx. 4' x 4'). You must coordinate printing the poster.
